Soaking (about 1 ~ 2 hours)

Organic brown rice with pineapple and purple sweet potato...

Soak brown rice for 1 hour (different rice might vary in soaking time), blend in pineapple and purple sweet potato cubes (of course, you can use other kind of sweet potato).

Blend in two tablespoons of cold pressed coconut oil and other spices when cooked (if necessary).
