Ingredients used in the production are of non-GM and organic variety. This product contains almost 65% of pure Isomalto-oligosaccharide (IMO). The oligo is beneficial for the proliferation of the helath-promoting bifidus in the intestine.
The product is stable at high temperature and high acidic environment, therefore it is suitable for hot & cold cooking. Due to its substantially reduced caloric contents (about 33% of the refined sugar), it is health-giving, suitable for kids, diabetics and those seeking to cut down the caloric intakes.
