Water Molecular Bonding and Radiation

•  Dr. Rein found that water will always respond to any energy throughout the electromagnetic field whether from sound waves, magnetic fields induction voltages, radio waves, microwaves, infrared spectrum, light spectrum, ultra violet light, x-rays, cosmic rays, gamma rays, and on up through the spectrum.
•  All of these have some influence on water. Many of these influences are momentary. The water molecules change their bonding and structuring accordingly, but as soon as the field is removed the water immediately starts going back to its normal, chaotic state.
