Biotta does not use artificial preservatives instead they developed proprietary lactic acid technology to “lock in” the freshness of its bottled juices. Therefore, the juice has to be refrigerated once opened and consumed within 7 days.
Amount to be taken: there is no fix amount as the Biotta juices are natural wholefood. However, to achieve the full benefit, we recommend you to drink once in the morning (about 120ml) before breakfast follow by another glass of water, and once in the evening before dinner or before bedtime. Make sure you drink enough water throughout the day.
