Voelkel Lacto-Fermented Red Beetroot Juice

Only raw materials in Demeter quality are used for this lacto fermented L (+) red beet juice. The naturally aromatic red beet tubers are pressed gently and in a value-preserving way before we mix them with valuable lactic acid bacteria; and we completely do without the addition of salt.
