Voelkel Vegetable Juice Lacto Fermented

VEGETABLE JUICE – L(+) LACTO FERMENTED

Only raw materials in Demeter quality are used for this lacto fermented L (+) vegetable juice. The naturally aromatic red beet tubers, the aromatic carrots and the tasty celery are pressed gently and in a value-preserving way before we mix them with valuable lactic acid bacteria; and we completely do without the addition of salt.
